Michael Martin B Sc
Principal

Michael is an Australian citizen with a University education in Health Science from the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Following a career in the health sciences in Australia, Michael embarked on a Real Estate career in Bali shortly after moving to Indonesia in 1996. He has been operating a franchised Real Estate office in Bali since 2000. In 2003 he broadened his operation to include an office in Phuket in Thailand.

Michael has a natural flair for finding land and property primarily for the foreign market. He has assisted over 100 foreign buyers to secure property in Asia and has an excellent grasp of the legal aspects involved and has collected a broad range of contacts including architects, surveyors and contractors that can assist foreigners to build a quality home in Bali and Lombok.

Michael has also worked with an array of investors, from individuals to Investment Funds and corporations looking for the savviest of opportunities. His knowledge and experience is a resource that will assist you to make the best choices. He is now focusing this on Bali and Lombok.

In his spare time Michael enjoys nothing more than finding new land in new horizons and has a love of all sports.

Jing
Administration Manager and Sales

Jing is a US citizen with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. After working for 3 years in Silicon Valley he then traveled the world, visiting over 30 countries, and decided that Bali, Island of the Gods, was the place to hang his hat in 2006. Since then he has developed a strong connection to the island and its people.

In his spare time, Jing enjoys journeying around Bali with his wife Wayan and daughter Eka, discovering new areas of the island and uncovering hidden cultural and scenic treasures. He also practices Capoeira, a Brazilian form of dance-fighting and is an active member of Group Senzala in Bali.

Maya Dwi Astuti B Ec
Accounts Manager

Maya was born and raised in Bali after her father took up a government position here. She has a Diploma 3 in Politeknik Negeri Bali and a university degree in Economics from the Mahasaraswati University.

Maya takes care of both company accounts and client accounts and is reliable and trustworthy to the core. Her attention to detail is impeccable and will always be available to assist in any way she can.

Maya has been with our team in Bali for 5 years and she has become very adept in matters of currency exchange and investment advice and is a valuable asset to our team.

Maya is married with one year old twins, Devin and Devon. So she doesn’t get much spare time but enjoys a good read and a rest when she can.

I Made Aribawa
Land Representative

Made was born and raised in the Bukit area of Bali where we do most of our business. He has a Senior High School qualification and still resides on the Bukit.

Made is highly adept at finding land for sale and dealing with the local owners which is an important function in our business. Recently he has proven to be a valuable sales assistant and helps out in this regard when required. If it’s for sale – Made will know about it!

In his spare time, Made is a keen musician and is currently setting up a studio to annoy the neighbors.
